The Patriots may have won Super Bowl LIII, but it was the Rams who won the Meadowbrook ‘Souper’ Bowl food drive.

Students from Mrs. Lauren Sadus’ multi-grade classroom hosted a school-wide food drive for Northfield Food Pantry by creating posters, giving morning announcements, and counting cans.

Students donated cans by selecting their favorite team (Rams or Patriots) to win the NFL Super Bowl LIII. The drive netted 342 cans, which Rams "won" by a landslide.

Mrs. Sadus's class took a field trip to the Northfield Food pantry to donate the cans and also learn about the needs in our own community.
